Session Data Retention
Breakout Learning retains participant and institutional data only for as long as necessary to provide the services described in the applicable agreement or as required by law.
Upon termination of the agreement, personal data will be deleted or returned in accordance with the agreement, unless continued retention is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
