Do Participants need to complete the pre-work before the discussion?

Participants are strongly encouraged to complete the pre-work before their scheduled discussion. Pre-work is available as a PDF and, when provided, as an audio podcast.

While Participants can join a Breakout Learning session without completing the pre-work, they may not be adequately prepared to contribute to the discussion. Instructors should encourage Participants to review the pre-work in advance to promote a more engaging and productive conversation.

If the experience includes a pre-quiz, Participants must complete the quiz before they can join the discussion.
