Deleting or Ending a Class
End or delete classes before their scheduled end date when necessary.
Ending a Breakout Learning Class
1. Open the Classes Page
- Go to your Classes page.
- Locate the class you want to end.
2. Access Class Settings
- Select the gear icon on the right side of the class list item.
3. Choose the Appropriate Action
- If no students have joined, select Delete Class.
- If at least one student has joined, select End Class.
4. Understand the Impact
- Ended classes show as Cancelled or Expired on students’ homepages.
- Students cannot access cancelled classes.
5. Create and Share a New Class
- If you need to continue instruction, create a new class.
- Share the new invitation link with students to grant access.
