How do I access my account?

Note: If your course is integrated with Canvas or D2L Brightspace, you do not need to create a Breakout Learning account or use an invitation link. Simply open your first Breakout Learning assignment from your LMS, and we'll automatically create your account using your Canvas or D2L information.

Joining your class and activating your Breakout Learning access:

1. Open the invitation link

Use Google Chrome for best compatibility.
Follow the invitation link provided by your instructor.
Verify the class name and section. If they are incorrect, request the proper link.

2. Sign in with your institutional account

Select the button for your institution’s Google or Microsoft account provider.
Log in using your institutional email credentials.

3. Complete authorization

Allow the requested permissions to enable single sign-on.
After authorization, your participant account is created.

4. Begin coursework

Proceed to your dashboard to view and complete assignments.
