Editing Assignment Settings
Update your Breakout Learning assignment configuration after it has been published.
1. Open assignment settings
- Open the assignment details page.
- Select the Settings menu in the upper-right corner.
2. Choose a setting to update
Select one of the available options:
- Assignment Dates – Update the assignment's availability dates. Manage individual extensions and late submission cutoffs.
- Group Settings – Modify grouping configuration or group membership.
- Grading Settings – Update grading methods or scoring policies.
3. Save your changes
- After making your updates, click Save in the lower-right corner of the dialog.

Deleting an assignment
How you delete an assignment depends on how you access Breakout Learning:

Breakout Learning platform – Open the assignment's Settings menu on the Assignments List and select Cancel Assignment.

LMS integration – Delete the Breakout Learning assignment from your LMS.
